Deliver view: export & delivery hub + template system

The Deliver view (4th in the Page Switcher) is Script Studio's export & delivery panel: pick a template → configure → export for producers / readers.
Five built-in templates
In Deliver, first pick a template (it decides what document you export):

| Screenplay | Scene & dialogue document (Taiwan / Hollywood) |
| Character Bible | Standalone character document |
| Episode Outline | Episode list + per-episode summary |
| Custom | Mix and match fields freely |
Before you pick, the page prompts "Select a template to begin".
After picking: configure
Once a template is selected, configuration and preview appear:
- Scope: Episode / Season / Series
- Format: Screenplay template only — Taiwan / Hollywood
- Live preview: the Screenplay template toggles between Taiwan / Hollywood / Fountain rendering; the other 4 templates (Bible / Character Bible / Episode Outline / Custom) show a single document (Markdown) preview with no format toggle
Export / share
When configured:
- Export buttons download directly: the Screenplay template offers PDF / Word / Fountain; the other 4 templates (Bible / Character Bible / Episode Outline / Custom) offer PDF / Word / Markdown
- 🔗 Create share link — a read-only online link for others (same as share settings); a "Share links" section lists existing links
Vs Format Settings
Format settings is your format / layout while writing; Deliver's format toggle is the Taiwan-or-Hollywood rendering at export — usually inheriting your writing settings.
