Manage subscription via Stripe Customer Portal
Account → Subscription → "Stripe Portal" opens the Stripe Customer Portal — change plan / payment method / see history / download invoices.

Credits and quota concepts
Slima measures AI ops in credits. Each month has a quota; you can buy Packs. The UI surfaces "total balance", "pre-op estimate", "used" in a few fixed places.

Where to see your balance
Balance is visible in four places: Activity Bar tooltip / Account → Credits / report card / pre-AI-op dialog.

Report Pack purchase
Used up this month's credits but want more readings → buy a Report Pack. One-time, doesn't expire, doesn't change your subscription.

Invoices and receipts
Every subscription / Pack invoice / receipt is in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can set company name / VAT number at Stripe Checkout time.
