03 Subscribe / upgrade / downgrade How to upgrade from Free / Starter to Pro; how to downgrade; when each takes effect. Via Stripe Checkout / Customer Portal. (Team is set up by contacting support.)
04 Manage subscription via Stripe Customer Portal Account → Subscription → "Manage Subscription" opens the Stripe Customer Portal — change plan / payment method / see history / download invoices.
05 Credits and quota concepts Slima measures AI ops in credits. Each month has a quota; you can buy Packs. The UI surfaces "total balance", "pre-op estimate", "used" in a few fixed places.
06 Where to see your balance See your credit balance in 3 places: Account → Usage (full) / Overview cards / the pre-AI-op estimate dialog. Usage is the source of truth.
07 Report Pack purchase Used up this month's credits but want more readings → buy a Report Pack. One-time, doesn't expire, doesn't change your subscription.
08 Invoices and receipts Every subscription / Pack invoice / receipt is in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can set company name / VAT number at Stripe Checkout time.
09 Cancel and refund policy How to cancel, when it takes effect, refund conditions. Detailed policy text lives in Slima's Terms.
