Manage existing share links: revoke / re-expire / re-scope

Opening share management
Two entries:
- Inside a script book → Plan / Deliver view → "Share Links"
- Account → Share Management (account-wide, cross-book / cross-Studio)
List columns
Each share link typically shows:

Actions
Each row's ⋯ menu:

| Revoke | Instant invalidation — reopening shows "this link has been revoked" |
Revocation safety
Revoke is immediate:
- Next refresh, recipient sees nothing
- Downloaded / screenshotted content can't be recalled
- The URL is permanently invalidated (no reuse)
If you just want to temporarily hide from someone → change expiry to "yesterday" — similar effect but keeps the record for easy restore.

Cross-book / cross-Studio management
The Account-level share management page lists all share links across all books (Writing Studio + Script Studio + AI Beta Reader reports).
Useful for periodic audits: "Are all N share links still valid? Which to revoke?"
