Overall + Kindle viability prediction
Last updated June 2, 2026 · 2 min read
The report's "overall" signals live in two places: the 4 metrics at the top of Overview, and the "Market simulation / Kindle estimate" inside Reader feedback.

Overall metrics in Overview
The top of the report always has 4 metrics + an attention curve: continue-reading willingness, recommendation index, DNF risk, and Kindle predicted rating. Each is explained in Dashboard 4 metrics.
Kindle predicted rating
Shown as ★ (out of 5) — "if simulated readers rated this on Kindle, roughly how many stars" (e.g. ★2.6). It weighs: opening hook, category fit, overall continue-reading willingness, and your title / cover if provided.
Market simulation (inside the Reader feedback tab)
The lower half of the Reader feedback tab has a Market simulation:
- Reader blurbs — how simulated readers would describe the book in one line
- Comparable works — a few books with a similar feel, to help you position
- Kindle estimate + expected reviews — a few simulated reviews shown as ★★★, pointing at what readers might nitpick
Not absolute
This is a directional prediction — AI can't fully simulate the market. The most useful move is to revise and rerun, then see whether the Kindle estimate and the metrics climb.
