Persona simultaneous limit and upgrade prompt

Want to simulate more readers at once than your plan allows — you've hit a tier cap.

Caps by tier
The number of readers (personas) you can pick per run depends on your plan — see /plans for current numbers (subject to change).
Hitting the cap
Once you reach your plan's limit, the reader cards you haven't picked turn greyed-out and can't be clicked. Hover a disabled card and a tooltip explains the limit — if a higher plan exists, it hints how many readers you'd get after upgrading (e.g. "Upgrade to Pro for N readers").
There's no pop-up dialog, and nothing forces you to cancel or swap an already-selected reader: to change your pick, just deselect one of the readers you already chose and that greyed-out card becomes selectable again.
Why a cap
Personas read in parallel — more = more AI calls. The cap is cost control, not a technical limit.
Workaround: run in batches
Want more coverage without upgrading:
- Run 1: pick up to your plan's cap
- Run 2: pick a different set
- Compare the two reports — same effective coverage
