Why this tab exists
- Abstract "60% finished" vs concrete "Reader 3 dropped at Chapter 7 because…" — the latter is actionable
- Per-persona perspective lets you see signals like "fantasy fans OK, literary readers dropped"
How to read
- Start with personas who dropped — find their common drop chapter
- Look at personas who finished — their favourite passages, keep / strengthen those
- Note emotion divergence — where different personas agree / disagree
Don't act on one card
A single card is one voice — don't make big edits from one persona. Look at trends across cards for signal.
