AI Floating Toolbar + Selection Menu (toolbar overview)
Slima offers two AI action surfaces outside the right panel: the floating toolbar (a persistent icon you can expand for AI actions) and the selection menu (floats out when you highlight text). This article indexes both from the toolbar perspective; the linked articles cover usage in depth.
AI Floating Toolbar
A small icon usually in the editor's bottom-right corner; click to expand AI actions (Coach / rewrite / analyse / expand / shorten / etc.).

Selection Menu
Highlight any text in the editor → a small menu floats with quick AI actions targeted at that selection (rewrite / polish / expand / shorten / more).

Turning them off
Both can be toggled in Account → Preferences. With them off, AI is still accessible via the right panel (💬 AI Coach).
