Report a bug or suggest a feature

Found a bug or want to suggest a feature — Slima's built-in Issue Tracker, report directly from the app.

How to report

In-app

1. Account → "Report / Suggest" or Help menu → "Report a bug"
2. Issue Tracker form appears

Fill:

• Type: bug / suggestion / question
• Title: one line
• Details: steps, expected, actual

Auto-attached

Slima auto-attaches:

• Your browser + OS + Slima version
• UI screenshots from a few min before / after (toggle off)
• Does not auto-attach book content (unless you tick)

Attach content (optional)

"Attach this passage for debugging" toggle → can attach a specific passage you pasted or the UI state at the moment.

Fully opt-in + revocable.

After reporting

• Slima receives + enters Issue Tracker
• Important ones show up in /resources/changelog (fixed in vX.Y.Z)
• Email status updates

Critical bugs

For emergencies (data loss, can't sign in):

Use Contact support — usually within 24 hours.

Suggestions

Same flow — pick "Suggestion" type.

Slima collects many suggestions, prioritized by user count, implementation cost, overall fit.

Not all will ship — but all are read.
