- Best for: bug reports, feature requests
- Publicly trackable — other users see it and can upvote
- Typically a few business days for a response
3 · Discord
- Chat with other users + the Slima team
- Best for: casual discussion, talking with other writers, finding answers to others' questions
- Real-time but no guarantee of immediate response (community-based)
