Connecting from claude.ai is the simplest of all methods — three steps, no install.

Steps

1 · Claude.ai tier

Requires a paid Claude.ai tier (Pro / Max / Team / Enterprise) — Free doesn't support custom connectors.

2 · Add a Custom Connector in claude.ai

  1. Go to claude.ai
  2. Settings (bottom-left) → Integrations / Custom Connectors
  3. Click "Add custom connector"
  4. Fill:
    • Name: Slima (or whatever you prefer)
    • URL: https://mcp.slima.ai/mcp
  5. "Add"

3 · OAuth authorize

First use after adding:

  1. Claude prompts "Authorize with Slima"
  2. Click → redirect to Slima sign-in
  3. After signing in, you'll see "Claude wants access to your Slima account" + scopes
  4. "Authorize" → redirect back to Claude
  5. Done

Verify

Back in Claude, type:

@Slima list_books

You should see your books.

Common issues

Connect fails → 401

Token expired

Re-run the OAuth flow. See: Token expired

Revoke

On Slima: Account → Authorized apps → claude.ai → revoke
On Claude: Custom Connectors → remove
