Update profile and avatar

Display name, avatar, and email are all edited from the top of Account Overview — this page walks through each change and what it affects.
Three things you can change
1 · Display name
The name shown across Slima (not your email). Any language, real name, or pen name — all fine.
Changes are instant — motivation card, how the AI Coach addresses you, the author name on share links — all update.
2 · Avatar
Two options:
- Upload your own: jpg / png / webp (size limit is enforced; the uploader will flag oversize files)
- Pick a Slime-style preset (good if you don't want a personal photo)
Where the avatar appears:
- Bottom of the left activity bar
- Account page
- Share-link reader view (when you share a book with someone)
3 · Email
Click "Change email" next to your address — the flow is:
- Enter the new email
- New email receives a verification message
- Click the link
- Old email is unbound; new email is now your login
Changing email does not affect your books, subscription, API tokens, or referral relationships — those stick to the account, not the email string.
